It was great having a full week in school.   In phonics we worked on the ending -ed.  In reading we worked on the main idea and read books about Thanksgiving.  In writing we continued to work on informational writing.  We are working on understanding the difference between narrative writing and informational writing.  In math we covered graphs, subtraction, word problems and place value.   In social studies we learned about Benjamin Franklin and about some of his inventions.
